Mr Sandman – You won’t see Mr Sandman in the daytime… but in the evenings, just before bedtime, he leaves his castle on the lake. That’s when he tells stories to children before they go to sleep. Ask at the Efteling village Bosrijk reception about the days and times that Mr Sandman tells stories. ‘Badhuys’ indoor water park – It must have once been a magic sand brewery… The Badhuys has a small, indoor swimming pool, plus a recreation pool and a baby & toddler pool. Having fun underneath the cascading chandelier is a party in itself. The Badhuys is open Monday to Friday from 15.00 to 22.00 hours. During weekends and Dutch school holidays, it is open from 08.00 to 12.00 hours and from 15.00 to 22.00 hours. ‘Kleyn Waerenhuys’ shop – Take home a lasting reminder of your unforgettable stay at Efteling village Bosrijk from this small souvenir shop.
